Prayer for the United States

Dear Jesus,

We thank you today for the opportunity to come with this group of people to lift up your name and to celebrate your goodness. We are thankful for the opportunity we have to live in a country where we can lift you up freely and without fear or reservation.

We come before you as representatives of the 50 United States with one burning passion—to see you as Lord and Savior in each one of our states. Please allow your Spirit of mercy and grace to flow throughout our communities and across our land. We ask for your favor to be dispensed on each believer throughout America and pray that they will seek your face to become empowered by your Holy Spirit to reach our friends for you.

We thank you for the uncompromising Word that never fails. Our hearts’ desire is to follow you. Our spirits hunger to hear your voice. We submit our flesh to follow your leading. In this time, in this day, we collectively and individually present ourselves a living sacrifice to be used by you. May the glory of the Lord shine upon us and may your Spirit overfill our lives during these days as we believe for a national revival. Together we can reach America!
